Project Management
Our team of experienced Project Managers work alongside you from the early stages. In carrying-out site visits during the acquisition stage, liaising with Developers and Landlords, we are able to highlight and resolve any potential issues that could affect the programme and costs.
Liaising directly with subcontractors and suppliers, the Project Manager will produce a detailed programme of works for your project. Working closely with the site supervisors, the Project Manager will pro-actively ensure that all sub-contractors, utility services and deliveries adhere to the programme. All whilst ensuring Health & Safety compliance and brand standards are met.
During the construction phase the Project Manager will be your single point of contact, who will keep you regularly updated with progress and solutions to any changes. At handover, the Project Manager will ensure you are 100% happy with the finished build.
